Sometime the client may have technical and/or system issues. Sometime You have have an issues with your system. When those unusual events occur, please be sure to report the event with Technical Support, ALWAYS request and incident number (INC # ) and send us and message detailing the event. We'll need to know...
1. Your Name, CSP ID, and The Client
2. Did you inform chat of the issues?
3. You hours for that day
4. Time the event started
5 The time the event was resolved
6. How much time you missed per interval
7. Was this a Platform Issues, Client Issues or Your PC
8. The incident number technical support provided you with.
Quality Assurance/ Mystery Shop
Once you have completed all of your calls and submitted your client reports, kindly use this form to submit your weekly summary of your call experience. Please include your Master Code list number, the number of calls made, the number of call-back calls received, and the names of the companies you called.
PLEASE NOTE: This form MUST BE submitted before by Friday 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. This helps the HR team verify your activity against the client reports.
